The Brief: A documentary for the Max Mara Art Prize for Women, produced with Enormous Films, as the prize’s latest edition is announced in Venice.
Creative & Technical Approach: Conceived as a moving conversation rather than an interview: walk-and-talk sequences with Indonesian artist Dian Suci and curator Cecilia Alemani, poetic observational imagery and layered sound design. Shot across the city, from the lagoon and Via Garibaldi to the Serra dei Giardini, it sets Venice’s historical textures against the artist’s practice — craftsmanship, ritual, memory.
